gifting myself data
I have data on once plan and want to transfer it to another, how can i do so? it wont let me gift myself

In order to transfer data from one plant to another, you need
- To have a data plan in both plans and at least 500Mb
- In the giver plan, you need to have data from your current plan (you cannot donate data rolled over, or data from a bonus)
- If the 2 plans are on the same account, or the plan is not the primary in a different account, you need to use the phone number

In addition to what others said, you cannot gift data if you are in the last 108 hours of your payment cycle.

Tout le monde commet des erreurs, les supports aussi. En sachant que mon vrai nom est Thomas :D, je vais tester ça. Car, il n'y a aucune explication logique, les données n'affectent pas la facturation. Donc, cela signifie que nous ne pouvons pas recevoir des données non plus :(

Si vous aimeriez donner vos données inutilisées à la fin de votre cycle de paiement, vous avez l’opportunité de le faire mais ce doit être avant que le cycle ne se termine. Une fois votre cycle de paiement terminé, vos données seront transférées et donc impossible à donner à un autre membre Fizz.

Je suis justement dans ma période de 108 heures, le prochain qui demande des données j'essaie de lui en envoyer et je te tiens au courant c'est bon? Bonne journée!

This is not true, I always gifting my remaining data at the end of my billing cycle.
