Not able to reset password

I am helping my mom to register her own account and now I am in a dead end to reset her password.

I signed her up for an account and she set her own password (but she forgot this password now).

I have to request another verification email to verify her account after 24 hours due to a technical problem with her email. But she cannot verify it because she already forgot the password she set up previously.

I've tried "forgotten your password" and "sign up" again with her same email address. Both won't allow me to do so. And she doesn't have another email to register a new account.

I am in a dead end now. Her email is ... . Please help me with it!

    Once there, click on the chat bubble on the bottom right corner.
    Please, do not share any private information in the future on social media or the community forum.

    Also, if she does not have any other email address, you can create a new one easy. You can also create a .gmail address for her in 5 minutes. And use that one to register her account.
