I want to buy a new fizz phone but I don't get the confirmation e-mail that will let me proceed with
Hi,
Since yesterday I've been trying to buy a new phone. Everything works fine until I get to the step where the website sends me a confirmation e-mail. However, I never get it in my inbox. I only got an e-mail when I closed the website, encouraging me to finish my transaction and buy the phone. It's not the one that will let me proceed with the transaction since when I click on the link, it leaves me at the same step where I need to wait for a confirmation e-mail that just never gets here. The name of my e-mail is correctly written since I get others from Fizz that are not related to the confirmation.
How can this problem be solved?

You should try to use the browser in private mode and/or to clean the browser cache or even try a different browser

I would recommend to try in private mode as well.

Try in incognito mode or with another browser and see if the problem is still there
