Modem not sent
Hi, I have subscribed to a home internet plan and scheduled the delivery of the modem for today. However in my order details, it shows that it is in preparation since June 2nd and it was never shipped. I can't contact the customer service, because the chat always end before my turn in the queue and there is no phone number to contact Fizz. What can I do?

the modem is delivered by the tech, probably is a bit late
the tech must check the cable if is already installed or install one of you don’t have and he will leave the modem

To view, change or cancel an appointment
Your technician appointments are in your Fizz account. Simply log in and under My plans > Manage plan > Appointments you’ll be able to view, reschedule or cancel your appointment, even up until the moment when the technician is on route.
You can reschedule your appointment up to three (3) times. After that, your order will be cancelled, and you’ll have to start the process all over.
Good to know: Service calls (for repairs) do not appear in your account. Reach us using the chat bubble to reschedule or cancel a service call

Delivery will be made to the home address associated with the Home Internet plan for which the modem was ordered.
A person 18 years of age or older must be present when the package is delivered.

To check the status of your delivery:
Log into your account and go to My profile > Order history > View Details
