I dont have access to my account...blank screen
I also dont have access to fizz app in app store

Did you try to access your account in private mode?
There is no Fizz app in the Apple Store. You need to install a shortcut.

- Navigate to the website you want to save to your home screen by entering the URL of the website you want to create a shortcut to. ...
- Tap the Share button on the bottom of the page. ...
- In the list of options that appear, scroll down until you see Add to Home Screen.

Clean the cookies of your browser or try another browser. Restart your PC or the phone.

If you open the Fizz website in your browser of your mobile phone, a message usually appears asking if you want to install the app. At least this is how I got the mobile App on my phone and tablet. Even worked in the Chrome browser.

Connect to internet, data!
Is your data turned on? Are you connected to a wifi?
You can try to clear cookies, try a different browser, restart your phone. Uninstall app, reinstall app. Restart phone.

Ive tried every suggestion that people gave me ..im sure theres a bug on fizz.ca
Ive tried to reach them...thatsa fail too!

keep trying to contact the customer service... you could be right and there is a bug

I finally reached them...the problem is being escalated to the next level
