We verified your account and it looks like the modem`s signals are in good standing, but there are a bit too many devices connected at the same time and also there might be some power related issues so I suggest testing the modem in another power outlet to test if the issue is more electrical than anything else.

with the weather that we had yesterday around 5pm probably a cable was damaged or something like that
