Cannot apply reward

I cannot swap one of my internet reward for a new one I receive and I get the following message : "Several changes were made to your plan; these changes must be processed. Please come back later to make another change."

Anyone know what this is about? I indeed upgraded my internet plan but now I will have to wait another month before I get my 2$ rebate if I can't add the reward :(

    Are you in 108 hours before the beginning of the new billing cycle? If so, you cannot make changes to your plan, you’ll have to wait for the new cycle to begin.

    @fcoursol Hello,

    Pending activation: you chose to activate this upgrade, and it’ll be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle (and will, at that time, show the “active” status).

    I am now but when I first tried 2 days ago I wasn't. I also have a moving request maybe this is what's blocking it?

    Hello fcoursol,

    Thank you for being a Fizz member and for the question!
    I am sorry for the situation. After verifying the account I see that now you are in the last 108h of your cycle, and indeed updates in the account besides payment methods won't work.
    Indeed, the moving order being in process caused this unavailability of replacing the upgrade. In the new cycle after the moving is completed, you can replace the reward.
    As Derr  informed you already (by the way thank you for this Derr), make sure you will swap the upgrade, not remove the current one and try to apply the new one after because by doing this you will extend the activation of the new one with 1 month.
