Fizz request me that, but is not possible to chat with an agent.

Please contact us by chat. To do so, visit the FAQ and consult the one titled "I’m having problems transferring my current phone number to Fizz. Why? What can I do?". Click on the ? in the right-hand corner and select Chat. Sign into your Fizz account.

    Hello Rodney,

    Thank you for joining Fizz!
    I verified the transfer order and informed our specialized department to make the necessary verifications. Once we will have a reply from them, we will contact you via email.
    As for the live chat, as some of our members informed you already, once you open it and the robot replies, just ask him to transfer you to customer service and the transfer will be made.
