I bought a fizz sim card, but i only kept the small sim chip, not the rest of the big card with the serial etc. Can i still activate it ? i don't have the receipt, and it was not activated ever. i did chat with a girl in support, but it was worthless understanding...

Indeed if you have an old SIM (without the red lightning on it - VoLTE sim) it won't work to activate it and you will need a new one.

i just took a picture and there is no number like yours. I bought this card for $5 when they started the new fizz maybe 3 years ago, so i guess there was no activation number like yours. I asked the girl in chat support, but she was not capable to understand how to fix my problem with only the numbers we see on my fizz sim, so i guess
i will have to buy another one.
