Do you have a specific error?
Sometime when you make a purchase, the system double-check the availability and see that the phone is not available
Did you try to use the browser in private mode?

I had similar issues with the site in the past including when purchasing a phone, just try again the next day, or with another browser or in private browsing, and the problem solves itself.

Agree, clean the cash, cookies in your browser or try in Incognito mode. If this doesn't help contact customer support.
