adjust plan
i can't find the "adjust plan" option under manage my plan. Please help.

Sorry to hear about the issue!
From what I see the account appears to have the button in question when we verified it.
We suggest that you clear your cache and cookies and possibly use an Incognito browser then go to My plans - Manage - Change my plan.

The options is not available the last 108 hours (4.5 days) before your new billing cycle
Important: A freeze period is in effect 108 hours (4.5 days) before the end of your payment cycle, during which time no changes can be made to your plan.

If this is not your case (108 hours before the end of your payment cycle)
Try to use your browser in private mode or to use a different browser
