Can't change plan to Quebec coverage

Thank you for reaching out,
I have verified your account and there is no issue there.
You were not able to see the Quebec coverage because you already have that coverage.
The coverage you have appears when you go to my plans> manage plan> change my plan> and under "Current plan" you can see Quebec coverage. And below you can see the 2 other coverage areas that you can change your plan to.

you cannot change your plan 4.5 days before the next billing cycle
If you are outside this period try to use your browser in private mode ou erase the cache or even use a different browser

I am able to edit my plan, but it's just that the "coverage" doesn't have a "Quebec" option. Is it no longer offered?

To cancel the changes you made to your plan:
Go back into Adjust plan, and you’ll have the option to cancel (or edit) your plan change request. When you choose the Cancel option, a window will pop-up, asking you whether you’d like to delete your changes. Click on Delete.

I checked my plan, and I have the option, the different is the colour
Please use the browser in private mode, it seems to be a cache problem

It's better to contact the support. I think it could be just a bug on your profile...

A few months ago I had several bugs in my profile and I could only get them fixed through support (via FB). It took a while but the problem was solved eventually.
