Can't change plan to Quebec coverage

I updated my plan to Canada coverage for an out of town trip, but then I can't switch it back to Quebec coverage while using "edit plan"

Any idea?

    Hello Aka,
    Thank you for reaching out,
    I have verified your account and there is no issue there.
    You were not able to see the Quebec coverage because you already have that coverage. 
    The coverage you have appears when you go to my plans> manage plan> change my plan> and under "Current plan" you can see Quebec coverage.  And below you can see the 2 other coverage areas that you can change your plan to.
