Rcs on Samsung device help

Hey, I just setup 2 new lines with fizz and I'm having some trouble with rcs feature.

Both devices are Samsung, 1 galaxy s21 and the other is galaxy s23.

The s21 works fine but on the s22 I'm getting an error that registration failed for RCS in Samsung messages. If I use google messages it works but I'm not a fan of google messages and would prefer to use Samsung messages app.

I'm not understanding why it works fine on 1 device and not the other.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
