Why billing me ahead of time and the service is not active at the same time?
I upgraded my internet speed from 120Mbs to 400 Mbs this May 1 and my credit card get charged on April 27, 2023. You should have turn on the service at the sam time. You already use the float in to your advantage and leaving me nothing. Please give some credit for this complain.

That it is correct, you are billed 3 days before the new billing cycle
When is the payment for my next payment cycle taken?
Your plan is renewed 72 hours before the start of your new payment cycle.
Example. Your payment cycle ends on the 5th of every month. The automatic payment of your plan therefore takes place on the 3rd of the month, and your new cycle starts on the 6th.

Billing is always 3 days before, if you look at your previous bills, you should see that it was the same thing...

Fizz is a prepaid service, and it will always charge your credit card 3 days in advance, as usual
