How can I request a refund for my already deactivated mobile service?
My mobile service was successfully transferred on March 21, 2023 to a new provider according to Fizz's processes.
My new provider retrieved my phone number and notified Fizz that the transfer was completed on March 21, 2023. Normally, my Fizz mobile plan will be automatically deactivated, but Fiz continues to withdraw money from my credit card on April 15 2023.
How can I prevent Fizz from continuing to withdraw money from my credit card and request a refund?
