I'm moving but there is not a single time slot available for a technician to come
I'm planning a move in july so i need to plan a technician visit to activate the wifi at my new place (i just want self installation, not even technician installation) but there is not a single time slot available in the month and half after i move. Is there really no way to have a visit? I'd rather not quit Fizz and change providers but i dont see any other way to get internet at my new place...

Thank you for posting on our community.When it comes to reserving slots for relocating your services, it's important to note that currently, time slots can only be booked up to three months in advance. The slots you're seeking are currently unavailable due to your request being too early for the currently available slots/dates.
As for your specific situation, it would be best to check back in May to see if any slots have become available for your moving order.
You can place a moving order by following these steps: log into your Fizz member account > My plans > Manage plan > Moving > insert your new address and follow the on-screen steps.

I believe that it is too early, you need to check in the following weeks, probably at the end of may or begin of june
If where you move they have a internet by cable, you can connect the modem right away. However, you still need to make the moving procedure, since the tech should come and check the line. If you don't do the procedure, they can disconnect the line one day.
