Yeah! I used that! Obviously it's not an actual live chat... it's like messages but it's the only app I have with the notifications turned on! Very convenient IMHO

Yeah you are right! Sometimes it takes longer than expected to have a solution but it's very convenient that you don't have to take time off of work just to make a call to customer service!
