No data since April 6th storm
Only able to make phone calls and send reg texts, No signal for LTE, 3G or anything. When can i expect the services I'm paying for to be restored?

Did you try to reboot the phone?
Did you try to use the SIM in a different phone?
You can try to put the phone in airplan mode for 30 seconds
or
Change the Network operator to Fizz Ext for 30 seconds and set it back to automatic
The steps for enabling your device to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

Are you using Fizz or Fizz Ext? For Fizz ext you need to enable the data roaming

Have you tried to do "reset network settings" on your phone?

This seems odd, as everything has been restored at this point. It's not likely to be a Fizz issue if you're getting calls and texts. Try the above methods, usually resetting the APN settings that make things work again.
Definitely try your SIM on another phone and test all the features as well.

Ive reset/turned my phone off a few times in the past few days with no change, but changing networks worked.

Only to be sure, if you configure in Fizz Ext and left there, you cannot use it for more than 3 months
if you configured in automatic, this is the right configuration
