Chat svc = basically says "hi and good bye".

Waited 90 minutes and gave up.

Any ideas????

    you can try to use a different browser or to clear the cache or use it in private mode.

    For firefox file -> New Private Windows

    To use Chrome in private mode, follow these steps:

    1. Open Google Chrome.
    2. Click on the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.
    3. Select "New Incognito Window" from the drop-down menu.
    4. A new browser window will open in incognito mode, indicated by the icon in the top-right corner of the window. You can now browse the internet privately.

    To use Edge in private mode, follow these steps:

    1. Open Microsoft Edge.
    2. Click on the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.
    3. Select "New InPrivate window" from the drop-down menu.
    4. A new browser window will open in InPrivate mode, indicated by the blue icon in the top-right corner of the window. You can now browse the internet privately.

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
