If you are not looking for a friend but for the procedure
To add a contact:
- Go to My benefizz in your Fizz account.
- Select My Fizz friends.
- Search for your contact's email or phone number. If they're a Fizz member, their first name and last initial will appear in the search results.

How do I add, remove or edit a contact?
You create your own contacts list by adding members from our list of all Fizz members.
To add a contact:
- Go to My benefizz in your Fizz account.
- Select My Fizz friends.
- Search for your contact’s email or phone number. If they’re a Fizz member, their first name and last initial will appear in the search results.
- We’ll ask you to assign a relationship to this contact. This is optional; assigning a relationship, such as friend or co-worker makes it easier to organize your contacts.
- Click Add.
To remove a contact:
- Go to My benefizz in your Fizz account.
- Select My Fizz friends.
- Search for the contact’s email or phone number to bring up their name.
- When their first name and last initial appear, click Remove this contact.
To edit a contact:
- Go to My benefizz in your Fizz account.
- Select My Fizz friends.
- Search for the contact’s email or phone number to bring up their name.
- When their first name and last initial appear, you can assign them a nickname, assign them a Relationship, or delete them.

@Easygolucky Instead of adding your friends to your account, maybe you should consider referring them (they would have to open their own account) and you could earn 25$ for each friend you refer while each of your friends would earn 25$ as well…

Did you choose "Ask a question" when you open the thread? That could be the reason why you can't see the best answer option

Next time, if you want to vote for the best answer, you should choose "ask a question". After the best answer is selected the thread will be closed

Hello!
Yes, only we, the moderators, can close the thread however it is only after we comment or the comment that has the solution is assigned the best answer. It also needs to have other means of contact in it in case the member's issue isn't resolved as it will most likely need our intervention if what the community suggests doesn't solve it.
We sometimes leave the thread open even if the best answer is given but those are exceptional cases. Like this one for example for which I will ask if anyone or the OP can say when it would be alright for us to close this thread.
