I want to order a SIM card but the address is wrong and I can’t revise it.

the postal code doesn’t give the correct address, how do I manually change it.

    I verified from my end an by going from the Fizz account at: My mobile -> Activate my SIM -> I don't have one -> I don't find my address you can add the postal code an start the search of your address from there. In case your address doesn't appear in the list, please contact us in private. We may need to add it manually in the system.

    The other option is to purchase a SIM from a physical location such as Jean Coutu pharmacies, metro station from Montreal or Couche-Tards. You can find in this link a map with all the sale points: https://fizz.ca/en/prtnr/sim-card
