Activation pending >6 hours

Hello there. I bought a mobile plan then cancelled it 3 days after. Got refunded and plan is deactivated. Then I got another plan with Canada coverage this time (I could not wait the next cycle to have this option) but after 6 hours it still says Activation Pending. I kept the same SIM and number for both cancelled and new plan.

Restarted the phone and re inserted the sim with no success.

    I saw you already contacted us in private. To make sure everything will be completed as soon as possible, I opened a ticket for our technical team to verify the order and make the necessary manipulations so we can retrigger it.
    You can see the status of the ticket by going in the Fizz account at: My settings -> My tickets. Also, once the retry will work, we will inform you via email.

    Hey Jess thanks for the prompt answer. I contacted the support on Whatsapp already without reply. Should I contact them on Messenger instead?

    Whatsapp, facebook you need to wait a couple of hours (they are not interactive method), use the chat

    Just to let you know, when you start the chat, a robot will initially respond, but it will transfer you to a customer representative if you ask for one or if is not able to answer
