Refund for router
Hello,
I have been charged for the router after I cancelled my internet plan.
I sent it back to you and looking at the tracking number you received it on the 21st of March.
When should I expect to receive a refund?

Here we are user, you should contact the support and send to them the tracking number, and they will refund you

I've noticed the refund has already been processed, you can check it on your Fizz account by going to "My settings" -> "Transaction history". This refund should also be visible on your CC by now.
