Thank you for your activity and dedication in our forum.
The reason for this situation is the fact that before you select a phone and click to proceed the order, the system is using previous logs. Once the phone is selected, it verifies in real time the stock and finds out that some of the phones are actually out of stock.
Rest assured that we are working to fix this as soon as possible, since our priority is to make all our members to feel welcome and happy to use our services.

Yes, another person reported the same problem. The other user was trying to buy an iPhone 14.
If it is the iPhone 14, it seems to be a hot seller. :(
I will try this on monday, probably they will refresh their stocks.
You can always try to contact the support to validate with them, here we are normal users.

Thanks for your quick reply! I have a support ticket open but thought I would check here also.
For me it happens with every phone I click on. Or a new one since this morning "device sale is not supported in this region." I'm in Ontario, is that maybe why?

Probably in incognito mode, you're missing some cookies, which is verified.
You should wait Monday or Tuesday :( Yesterday I thought that the problem was the iPhone 14, but you proved that is the system.

I am the person who reported the problem yesterday. I have been trying each day at various hours the last two weeks, at the end by sheer curiosity. Always the same message: “Ah zut, quelqu’un a été plus rapide que vous et maintenant ce téléphone est en rupture de stock”. Only, the older phones, IPhone 12 or less are available. Forget the rationale that the new phones are too popular. The obvious explanation is they don’t have any or seldom any new phones to sell. Fizz/Videotron seems to support a marketing gimmick to let us believe that they newer phones for resale. With the childish message, the overall customer experience is frustration. I don’t understand why they get into that…

The problem is even with the new phones, not just the preloved. It says "Device sale is not supported in this region" even when I do it incognito mode where they can't see my region? Why is every phone company in Canada the actual worst.

Last thing. I contacted customer service twice. They don’t know anything about it. Their pre-approved answer is to say to try often because the new phones are popular.

Yes. They do always have the script. I also cannot buy the iphone 12 btw so I suspect maybe a site issue. Says "device sale is not supported in this region". I'm in ottawa

Customer support told me to try incognito mode lmao. I'm just curious why I should wait until Monday or Tuesday? Not being rude I'm just new and don't know what will change then?

If it is a problem with their site, they will fix during the week, for my experience
but Rachetrox said that it is couples of weeks that is waiting
Therefore, I don't know if it is a site problem or an in existent stocks
We are users and we can only guess the outcome

I see a large turnover of new subscribers, it may be his reason for the telephone shortage

Hopefully, but usually they are not so active during the weekend. That's why @Jessy_ref_i88b6 said to try on Monday or Tuesday.

It's probably a technical issue on the website.. try again on Monday or Tuesday, otherwise keep proceeding with the customer service

The Whizz who answered me yesterday advised me to leave a comment on the ordering page to express my dissatisfaction and she closed the thread. I had already done that and obviously she didn’t get the info… and nobody communicated with me. Is it also a marketing gimmick?
