When you are go to your account and go to Manage you should be able to see the new price for the same speed.
Important – Any change to your plan must be made 4.5 days or 108hours before the next billing cycle, change policy detailed on https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy

Yes you go to manage your package from your account.

Go to Plans -> Manage plan and change it there.

Hello @Kathy1023 ,
I would suggest to verify as often as possible if a better price is available for your actual plan and apply the new price manually in the plan section under ``manage my plan/ modify my plan``.
