Long-distance call disabled
My plan currently includes all of my region and country, which is Canada, although I am still unable to make local calls. The operator or voice I hear when I call says "Your current plan does not allow us to connect this call, please sign in to your account to adjust it" even after I have gone already and adjusted it. Does a Fizz community member know if my plan considers I am in fact local when my phone number seemingly identifies under the United States?

Hello alg,
Sorry to hear about the issue.
Checking your account I could see that you don`t have any more minutes included in your plan as you had a calls add-on purchased.
If you wish to make more calls, either adjust your plan to include the unlimited option ( as we see you already did place an order to change your plan ) or purchase another call add-on by following the details found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-an-add-on-and-how-do-i-buy-one
Have a good one,

Hi @alg
You need to add +1

Agree. It happened to several customers already. If +1 doesn't help you will need to contact customer support directly.

I don’t dial 1+ when I make long distance call and I don’t have any problems…
