i would like to know if *address* can buy internet service please

    The only way to be sure, it is simulating the activation process.

    Create an account, and enter your address during the subscription, if you don't enter your credit card you will not be charged, in order to enter the credit card, internet should be available to your address.

    Therefore, you can make the procedure and verify if it is available.

    Usually, if Videotron is available also Fizz will be

    but when i chek on the site, the message following appear:

    We’re having trouble locating your address in our systems.

    But we’re not throwing in the towel.

    Contact us by chat so we can check a few more things. We wouldn't want to jump to the conclusion that Fizz Home Internet is not available at your address.

    Somebody can verify if it is available for me ???

    You're better off writing to Customer Service - right now you're just showing your address to a public forum full of users like yourself.

    We only have access to the same tools you do.

    Malheureusement, le service internet n’est pas disponible à votre adresse. J’ai rentré votre adresse sur le site de Vidéotron et ils ementionnent que le service n’est pas disponible. Et comme Fizz utilise les infrastructures de Vidéotron, c’est la même chose.

    Par contre, en ce qui concerne le forfait mobilité, il est disponible à votre adresse.
