In case the technician has not come to the appointment even though you were available, please, contact us via live chat so we can take a look at what has happened.
To contact us by chat, access any FAQ page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address, then click on the chat icon on the bottom right and select chat. A representative will be with you right away.

If the tech didn't show up, and you reschedule 3 times, the order is canceled
You can reschedule your appointment up to three (3) times. After that, your order will be cancelled, and you’ll have to start the process all over.
