wallet suspend

I have money in the wallet for my kids. I want to suspend the wallet until they ask me to open it, which means I can control the wallet on and off to prevent them abuse. Is it possible to make this happen?

You cannot, you can only ask the support to refund the money in the wallet.

Thanks for your quick reply. I know I can ask refund. But I want to keep some $ in their account, in case they need to make a call/text. What I want is to on/off the wallet.

If Fizz can add this feature, that will be great.

Then put money in their wallet only when they ask for it. It's the same thing.

If I put $5 in their account, they could use all in one day, or even in one hour. It is not a good idea to put 25-50 cents each time to make a deposit. You may be a single or still young.
