Quebec Coverage, use data and calls in Toronto

Dear Fizz Community,

I am travelling to Toronto for a few days, I currently have the Quebec Coverage plan. Is there a way to use data and calls in Ontario? I am aware that we can add funds to the wallet and use it, is that how it should work?

Hi @Shreya

Yes you have 2 options, money in the wallet or add an addons for the data and one for the calls.

For the data remember to enable the data roaming

Hello Shreya,

Rest assured as you can either purchase travel add-ons from My plans - Manage - Travel ( whilst there you type your desired country - Canada ) and you will be able to make calls by doing so or you can add wallet funds to use as Pay as You Go.

As our friend mentioned earlier, you have to be sure that your roaming is enabled and that you are connected to the Fizz Ext network.
