Hello,

This ticket is no longer required as I have found the answer to the issue today on Chat and in the Frequently Asked Questions page.

"Using a VoLTE compatible SIM card with your Fizz mobile plan means you'll be ahead of the game and ready for VoLTE when it becomes available on Fizz's network."

VoLTE is not yet available but soon.

    I just verified your account. Please note that normally for the numbers activated after March 16 2022, the VoLTE services should work already. Our technicians are still working in implementing VoLTE for the numbers activated before that date.

    We will keep the ticket and wait for our technical team to provide us more information and a solution. Once we have them we will inform you via email.
