Hi All,

Just to let you know that an agent advised me that I would have coverage with my Canada US plan while in Puerto Plata. Turns out that is not the situation.

Service is provided by Orange and requires the Latin America Travel add-on.

Hello there! 

As Tom McLay has said, you will need to purchase the Travel Add-on for the Latin American zone in order to use your data in that area. There is also the option to opt for using the Pay As You Go feature. You will need to add funds to your Wallet in order to use since you'll use said funds to access the Data in the area.
