Cancel "stuck" order that I was charged
Hi,
I placed an order on Jan 18 for a Pixel 6a. My credit card was charged shortly thereafter, but my phone never shipped and the order is stuck at "Order confirmed". I suspect the items is backordered. Regardless, I contacted Support via chat and they opened a ticket that has yet to be resolved (since Jan 25). How do I get resolution of this issue? I'm contemplating filing a complaint with my credit card company to refund the transaction.

I saw that our technical team has reached out to us and my colleague have forwarded their answer to you, stating that the order has been unfrozen and it has now moved to the preparation phase. Rest assured that you will soon be able to track it as well once it's status is "On Route".

They seems to have delays with the phones delivery.
