VoLTE sim card for beta members?
I joined Fizz in December 2018, when they were still during Beta. I have not received any information yet about the VoLTE rollout, and have not yet received an email about ordering a new VoLTE sim card. When will beta members be invited to VoLTE?

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
You can order your free SIM card VoLTE compatible using this link in case you did not receive the invitation or deleted the email by mistake.

You need to be logged into your account and you can order only 1 SIM card as there is only 1 plan on your account active.
You will have the instructions on how to change the SIM card after you receive it in the envelope.
