Data Rollover/Usage Order

Hi Everyone

I've been watching my usage and noticed that FIZZ is using my data from my monthly plan before using gifted data. Last month FIZZ told me it was because I was in the US and so okay. Now this month again, same thing they have used my monthly data plan and now are using the gifted data that is going to expire in a couple of weeks!

This does not seem normal to me. Why would they use my monthly data plan first? That one can be rolled over. The gifted data is expiring in a few weeks. So come close to billing end, I'll have no more data.

So what is used first? Gifted data that will expire at end of month or monthly plan data that can be rolled over to the next month?

I'm asking the forum as customer service is giving me conflicting information.

    Typically, Fizz use the data which have less remaining days.

    It's a good idea to check with your service provider's customer support to confirm their specific policy on using gifted data and monthly data plans.
