hello i made a reservation for a modem and i didn’t get any confirmation email or nothin is that normal ?

    I have verified your account and I can see that there is no order created for an internet plan.
    You have to finish the process of the subscription by paying for the plan. That is how you know that you made the order.

    Sheduling the appointment is not the last step in your subscription.
    When you create your subscription correctly, you will be notified via email as well.
