Plan coverage
The coverage for my current plan is set to Canada and I can't make a call to my local city where I live presently. I am wondering why it does not tell me the "You have dialled a long distance number", instead it says "You're current plan does not allow me to connect this call". Does another community member think this has something to do with calling private versus public numbers?

Hello alg,
Sorry to hear about the situation encountered!
As long as that number is located within your coverage area, and you're dialing the number and area code correctly, it should work.
You can try adding a "+" at the beginning of the whole number to see if it makes any difference.
