    Hello uzayr,

Thank you for reaching out on this matter.

The services that you can use while you are in Saudi Arabia are your mobile data and text messages.

We do not provide calls outside of Canada at this time.

If you want to gain access to data while you are travelling there, you need the appropriate travel add-on.

To get the travel add-on you need to go into your Fizz account> my plans > the extras> travel add-ons> enter the country name and follow the steps on screen.
Here you can see more detials: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-travelling-outside-my-coverage-zone-what-are-my-roaming-options

When you are there, make sure that your roaming data turn on and the local provider selected.

If you need more details on what provider is active there, please reach us in private and we will discuss the matter further.

Also, you need to make sure you have the Fizz APN settings to be able to use those networks.

    Here are the APN settings:

    APN: mobile.bm

    MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm

    MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm

    MMS port: 80

    APN type: default,mms,supl

To find them on your phone> go to: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → APN.

    Thank you for your understanding!

    Have a good one!

Maybe you don't have enough money in your wallet or you have already used your travel add-on?

Fizz is a Canadian telecommunications service provider and has no direct relationship with the telecommunications towers in Saudi Arabia. It is possible that the use of your Canadian phone in Saudi Arabia may be limited due to differences in the networks or telecommunications technologies used in these two countries.

It is recommended to check with Fizz to see if they have options for using your phone in the Middle East. It is also important to check with Fizz to see if they have international plans to use your phone abroad and what the additional rates may be.

Fizz offers international roaming plans for calls, texts and data for travelers going abroad. These plans can be added to your Fizz account before you travel to avoid high roaming charges.

It's important to check the rates and coverage of these plans to make sure they suit your needs before you travel.
