Why can’t I access my voicemail?
Hello, I have visual voicemail and I’m currently out of the country. I am in the USA. I have a data top up for travel, which I still have remaining, and I have $15 in my wallet for texts and calls. When I dial voicemail, it says call failed. I’ve tried holding 1, I’ve tried manually dialling voicemail. Why is it not working?

You can use your data, you cannot make calls if you have activated the plan before March 16th 2022
You can try to configure the phone only for use the 2G and set the operator to T-Mobile to makes or receiving calls. When using the 2G you cannot use your data

According to the link you have referenced, calling is not available until Spring 2023. I don’t understand why I was able to pay for minutes if I can’t even use it.

It is possible that you have used up all of your calling minutes or that your travel data recharge does not cover voice calls.
It is recommended that you check your travel plan details and compare them with your usage information to determine the reason for the call failure.
