Service outage
Hello anyone else having service outage for their home internet? I know their service page is saying they don’t have an outage but this isn’t always accurate from my experience, I’ve also already gone through the whole troubleshooting procedure over 5 times. Let me know !

Click on the green bubble on the bottom right corner on your screen and contact us.
On your account, you have 2 internet plans and we will need the address where you encounter the service interruption.

Came back up at 5:57pm
I also have service outage, any troubleshooting is telling me my modem is offline and cannot be resolved. Happened some time after 5:10pm.
