Message error activation
I have accidentally blocked my old sim card and my new sim card while trying to change them. Every time I go on the activation section on the message, I get an error message: “ Unfortunately, we couldn’t save your previous selection. Please resubmit your order”. I tried to clear my history and cache on Safari but nothing works and I have no sim card working.

In order to change the SIM card, you will have to contact us via chat using this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
Once there, click on the green bubble and then choose chat.
We will have to secure the account first and then we will proceed with the SIM card change.
A SIM card change, can't be done by you if you have lost it, damaged it, or locked it.
This option remains with the customer service.

If I understood correctly, you want to swap the SIM card of an active plan.
Only the support can do that, be prepared to send them a copy of an ID and credit card associated to your account.
I will suggest deleting the middle 8 numbers of your credit card, since the support should be allowed to see only the first 4 or the last 4 digits
