Free month on mobile plan still says pending after a month and I still got charged...
Hey,
I started a mobile plan on Dec 4th 2022 and activated a "1 month free mobile plan" perk that I had from having previously started an internet plan.
I figured that the perk would come into effect in January and I would not have to pay however I still got charged for January and upon looking at the (still "pending") perk on my account it says it would be activated for the payment on 2022/12/19 which I find confusing.
Has this happened to anyone else? Let me know if I should contact customer support...

Yes, it happened to me, it was applied but my account got charged and my Perk expired. I contacted support and after 2 months of back and forth it was reactivated back and I managed to finally apply it successfully.
