Moving to a brand New building No câbles

Hello Nor,
Thank you for reaching out. I just verified your account and I noticed that you have a moving request placed back in December, with the appointment date set on the 11th of January. If there are no cables in your apartment to connect your modem, the technician will be able to help you out, however, as Jessy_ref_i88b6 mentioned, you should ask for permission from your landlord, or building owner to drill holes in the building and access the local panel.
If you would like to reschedule your moving request, you can verify if there are any other appointments available earlier, by going to My plans > Manage plan > Appointments > Reschedule. Please note that a person who is 18 years old needs to be present to meet up with the technician in order for the appointment to take place.
Have a good one!

Hi @Nor
You should also be sure to have the permission of your owner or building syndicate or any other entity which has the control on the building. To be sure to have access to the locals or have permission to drill holes
