Internet doesn’t work after moving to new address
It’s just frustrating. The technician came, installed everything and is gone.
He said the internet would be working after few minutes. After 1 day still not working.
Tried to used the f*king chat, I waited more than 2 hours, was 1st in the line and got back to 17th… It happened twice!
So, no internet, no service, unable to talk to nobody!

Here we are users, but can you try this?
Turn off the modem, double-check the coaxial cable connection, please check that the central conductor.
After reconnecting the coaxial cable, connect the coaxial cable and wait 15 minutes before try anything else (this is the first time)
After 15 minutes can you please let us know the led status?
If the 4th led is off, it means that the technician doesn't complete the procedure
