Fizz is terrible!

I have been waiting weeks for my Fizz router and modem to come. The first appointment got cancelled by the deliverer and I had to just start over and rebook for 2 weeks later. The delivery/install person finally showed up and installed the modem and it doesn't work! I can't connect any of my devices to the internet. The technician had no idea why is wasn't working and although he was nice was no help. I cannot get anyone from Fizz to help me, I have tried their FAQ, forums, chats and I only get bots. No real person EVER answers or comes to your assistance. They're "we've got your back 24/7" is completely false. I hope this helps sway one person from going with this dumpster fire of a company. I have been waiting all day for even a message that anyone even knows I am paying for an internet service that doesn't work. Waste of money. Should be shut down by better business bureau.

    It's clear from the get-go that Fizz is very hands off, that's how they operate, lean. It's 24/7, but there are no promises of instant contact, you should have looked into it before signing up, it's part of the deal.

    Fizz has self-installation, if you didn't follow the guide: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem then it won't work outright. If you're not familiar with electronics, you'll need to get an actual technician on premises, you should have booked the non self-installation.

    It's not real time, but you'll be able to exchange messages and not have to wait around.
