Yes like i said it show as ''Active'' and just to make sure i also checked if it added days but it only say 31 Days left till next payment.

I will expect to be in your next billing cycle. if you have activated it at least 4.5 days before the end of your cycle, and you end up been charged, I will contact the support to let them check. Here we are normal users

I joined during last month, i just hit 1 month and pretty much activated it right when i joined Fizz. So yeah mostly asking because i was wondering if there was something i didn't understand about how it work or if i was about to need to contact Fizz directly.

I had the same issue, it was not activated when my next billing cycle started and expired. Contacted support and after 2 months of back and forth the Perk was reactivated back. I activated it and waiting for it to be applied on the next billing cycle 🤞.
In your case try to ask for refund maybe.
