    Hello there leah55

You can reach out to us by visiting our Support page and click on the green bubble with the message icon on it. Pressing it will give you the option to reach out to us through Facebook messenger and our official chat. For this situation I recommend to reach out to us in chat since if we will need to take action we will require some documents.
In this case the chat will be the best choice.

Go to your account, My sttings/Transaction history. If it's legit you'll see it there. Otherwise contact Fizz by chat, and eventually your credit card cs.

click the green dot at the bottom right of the page, then the chat option.
