SIM card expired/refund
I hadn't used mi SIM in a few years. I signed up for a new plan and inserted my SIM in my iPhone and I got nothing (almost as if I had no sim). I repeated the same with my Samsung Note 10.
Now I lost my payment for a month. Any way to recover money I paid for a plan that I could not use?

Hello fizztar,
I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
I have verified your account and I can see that everything is working ok on the plan.
You have a plan only with data as this was the option you opted for when you reactivated.
If you have any issues with your data, please try some troubleshooting steps from this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
If nothing works, please contact us in private in order to have a better look at your issue. When you reach out to us, please provide us with a picture of the SIM card.
Thank you for your understanding!
Have a good day!

If you waited a whole month without a usable SIM, that's definitely on you. If the SIM isn't working, you want to contact support through chat or messenger asap. The easiest is to just buy a new SIM outright - I've heard that in Montreal metro stations you can get them for $5 currently, instead of the usual $15.
