Power outage.... And no more internet
There was a power outage last night here and when the power came back there was no more internet. No wifi connection for my phone and no connection for my home internet (ethernet ). I tried to unplug my modem and plug-in back. It doesn't work but I can see the light on my modem. What can I do to fix it?

Did you check if in your area there are some power outages? You can do it from hydroquebec site.
Sometime, your cable is powered a block or two from where you live, therefore, I can still affect you
Can you turn of the modem for 5 minutes?

Electricity is back here in Longueuil but no wifi in my modem. I tried to unplug the modem for 15 minutes... And plug it back... Nothing. No wifi, no ethernet? What to do?
