Not receiving/ slow text messages ?

Hello,

Today I never received a text message that was sent to me (they sent me a screenshot by email).

Also, we tested an automatic number at work and my colleague who is with Fizz and I were the only ones who didn't get a response.

I'm wondering if there is general problem with text messages ?

    If possible please test the SIM using a different phone as well.

    Hi, I think other subscribers would have mentioned this problem on the forum. There are some text messages however that are not necessarily valid. Fizz works there.

    "Some text messages sent by businesses such as 2-step verification messages may not be sent to your phone properly. 

    We continue to gradually roll out this type of service so that it operates optimally with as many companies as possible."
